Poor service today. It took 2 1/2 hours to tell me that the car had a dead battery. The car sat in the garage all that time, and no one did anything except for a guy who went around the car poking the tires. I was seated across the garage in the outside waiting area and was able to observe the garage area the entire time. I don't know who was supposed to be working in the car, but he did not do his job today. I would be hesitant to bring my car here again for any kind of service, very disappointing. I drove the car to an aut... read more

I bought my new Kia at Regal in 2018. I have since been there a few times to get service and recalls completed. I have received excellent service each time I’ve been there. The service team is always very attentive and caring. Shaun the service advisor, kept me updated and gave me an estimated wait time , and offered to have the shuttle take me anywhere I wanted to go if I chose not to wait. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable.
