Wait time was a little long,however I did not have appointment. I was on the road and tire pressure monitor had went off. I was couple miles from dealership and drove there. Was greeted within 5 minutes and Jorge took all information. The dealership was very courteous and walked my wife and I to waiting area.Jorge came to me about a half hour later and explained that tire had a nail in it and they were working on repair. About 30 minutes later car was done and Jorge came and explained that they patched tire and did not plug ... read more

I have owned 4 Kia’s in over 20 years. This is first time I had hard time getting vehicle in for service. I was told only by appointment and there were none available for that day. I told her I needed headlights that I work nights and both were out! Was still told by appointment only. Not cool!
