The people are kind. But it kills me that u pay $80 for an oil change/inspection and tire rotation and u guys don’t top off fluids like the windshield wiper fluid. This is my first Kia. I always had Toyota and in their service the inspection included that. You do offer the carwash though and that is much appreciated.

Rude service desk staff, slow service Poor communication - was scheduled for 6mo eco treatment but then when I got theee was told now it’s only every year. Wasn’t told that on phone when I scheduled both oil change at same time. When you walk in no one greets you. They just continue their personal convos
