Greg was great. He kept me informed and answered my questions. The car looked great and was prepped nicely. I appreciate regal being the only dealership in Florida that is legitimately selling ev6 at msrp. I didn’t like that they advertise an instant cash offer through kbb on their website and do not honor that price. I was honest on my descriptions of condition and was offered less than half of the kbb offer on their website.

The people are kind. But it kills me that u pay $80 for an oil change/inspection and tire rotation and u guys don’t top off fluids like the windshield wiper fluid. This is my first Kia. I always had Toyota and in their service the inspection included that. You do offer the carwash though and that is much appreciated.
