Overall typical car buying experience. They tried to offer a lower amount than what my car is worth for trade in and for me what was different than other car buying or leasing is I didn’t have to sign a lot of paperwork. Signature is digital and is a one and done deal. Supposedly I only signed 3 documents which they gave me my paperwork that was only two pages (but they said I signed 3 things). Also for my car I had to stay on the grounds for 10 minutes while this updated “edoc” was being done which they said no signature or... read more

I made online service appointment, the service amount populated the price of service i selected. Jeremy the service advisor charged an additional cost. When brought to his attention he claimed it was fixed. When checking out he never corrected the over charge. This make the second time he has done this. Jeremy isn't good for business there. Im going to take my business elsewhere.
