Literally 2 days after my oil change on Wed. June 31st, my coolant indicator came on and when checked there was no coolant in the container. Yesterday my oil light came stating that my oil level was low and when checked, it's nearly bone dry! To say I am upset is an understatement! My son's Kia Forte engine gave out twice and is currently at Regal Kia for repairs and thank God I purchased the extended warranty, since at first he was being blamed for not putting coolant in his car, even though he has his oil checked on time a... read more

i arrived at my appointment time to address a recall issue on my Telluride, and waited two hours before they even took my car into service (i was sitting in rockers, so saw it parked at the corner of the building) after i texted Misty, she checked on it, said they were taking it in now and would know what needed to be done...of course, my car needed the fix, and the part had to be ordered....so wasted 2.5 hours sitting at the dealer.
