Chad was very helpful and friendly in finding the right car for me and was able to get the price where I needed it to be. I would definitly recommend him as a salesmen to any of my friends that are in the market for a car.
The only reason I chose okay for overall experience is because it takes so long to purchase a vehichle. We walked in at 10:30am and walked out at 3:00pm. However, I must add that we very much appreciated the extra efforts taken to make us comfortable and even provided lunch. Thank you Reuben. I thought the price was a good deal because we got a lot of features that we would normally have had to pay more for had we purchased a brand new vehichle.
Mark Burton and Kevin ?, (Finance) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to select and buy our new 2012 Chevy Equinox. They were very personable and answered all questions to our satisfaction.

I had previouly purchased a GMC Canyon pickup truck via salesman Chad Pflieger. Since his communications skills were proper and his salesmanship was correct, I also purchased this Chevrolet Cruze LTZ via Chad.
