I went to Regal and got connected with Eric. I got a really good deal with a Kie Forte and got a better quote on my truck I was trading in. I tried three other dealers but Eric was able to be more flexible and put me in a great car. I did have problems with it but the service department gave me information to get the vehicle towed and it was fixed in a day, all free of charge. I'm currently back in the car market and I already been talking to Eric and I'm 100% confident I will be buying from Regal because of their no fooling... read more
We bought our 2013 KIA Sorento from Scott Smith. He is very knowledgeable about the Kias. Great guy could not have asked for a better person work with and straight forward with you . He doesn't promise anything he cant deliver. . Regal didn't have the Sorento with the 3rd row but they were able to have one that day so we could take home our new KIA. We will be back to buy our next vehicle from Him!!!!
I came in after having a bad experience buying a new ford escape and only owning it for a few short months. I explained everything I needed out of my vehicle and Jason said "give me just a second, I have the perfect vehicle for you" and he pulled up my brand new sorento and I LOVE IT!!
