Heather was courteous and responsive to all questions over the phone/internet. Pete was very friendly and did not pressure us into purchasing a vehicle on the day of the visit. Even when a flaw was found on the vehicle being considered, Pete's manager inspected the car and was going to fix the flaw at no additional cost. Ultimately, we did not purchase a car that day, but the staff wrote down my criteria and will continue looking on my behalf.
