Car Purchase We were looking to buy and had heard a Kia was getting good ratings. Stopping at Regal Kia, we were met by John Rios and found in him someone who knew about the cars he was representing, who more than adequately answered our questions, and in addition, was very pleasant and is a genuinely nice young man. What a great experience! They greeted my wife and myself very cordially and thanked us for coming in. They asked which models we were interested in and whether we had a trade in. They took the time to explain the different features in the two models we were interested in. They never rushed us or made us feel like we were asking too many questions. In the end we got the model we wanted at the price we wanted. One of my best car buying experiences. Never once did I feel that they were hiding something or trying to up sell.
