Bought a 2017 Kia Sorento My experience with Regal Kia began when I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento. The vehicle has been excellent and the Regal Kia service department is the best that I have ever dealt with. Awesome experience We are very Happy with the positive experience we had in the purchase of our 2016 Forte. Test drives were not a problem(3of them in different cars), terms were clear no pressure sell. Paper work took time but Kassie hung in there with us and kept us informed, all our questions were answered and if she didn't know the answer she found out even after the sale . t
