Great customer experience and communication One of the few dealers in FL to have a rare Sorento color combo. We were from out of town heading home from a road trip and Holli was very accomodating and informative over the phone which lead us to make the detour. Although the exact Sorento we wanted had just sold, Steve quickly made up for the loss by upgrading our lease to the sxl without any additional cost. It was great , got mostly everything I needed in a great env It was a great environment to do business and very helpful people to take care of me ,very up front and nothing cutting around the bush . The only thing would be to get another set of headphones for the DVD player because there are five sets in the back that would be watching it . But the biggest thing that is taking place there is the employees that you have at that location is that they will go way out of the way to not just sell a car but make the customers happ... read more
