Friendly but took too long Greg was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the whole process took too many hours. My friend & I are "bottom line" people and we should have gotten out much quicker. I like Greg and would deal with him again. Just cut the time down.

Typical Used Car Dealers I sold a car to Regal Chevy on 11/26 for $500 above what I owed. It was agreed and I have a signed paper agreeing. Since it was Saturday they told me unable to cut a check and can pick it up on Monday. I was out of town and requested it be sent to my address. I called on Wednesday 11/30 as the check still had not arrived (I live in Pasco county). I spoke with Carlton Gregory who advised it was sent. My best experience buying a new car I was at Regal's Kia dealership in Lakeland this past Friday to fix one of my old Sportage's tires and my wife said let's go and see how are the new ones. And Greg came to us very friendly and professional and showed us one of the new ones and my wife love it. About two or three hours later, we drove out of the dealership with a brand new Kia Sportage. My Wife is so happy. Thank you Greg. You are the best. God bless you and your company.
