Lack of communication equals unsatisfied customer On November 24, 2016 I traded in my 2013 fully loaded Optima EX for a 2016 Optima SXL. Due to the fact this was a spur of the moment decision,I had to go home and unlock/unfreeze my credit reports which is fine. I'm VERY diligent about my credit. After the pulling of my reports I was under the assumption that I was approved. My credit scores are excellent across the board so I had no reason to believe there was a problem. Throw back to old, offensive ways. wouldn't return on a dare Based on the ratings, I must be the oddball. But I thought that the “games” of the 20th century in car buying were largely out of date. At Regal Kia the “good cop, bad cop”, tricks of the trade, what we used to expect as 'typical' car sales shenanigans still reign supreme. Easy buying experiebce Greg made replacing our car after it was totaled in an accident very easy. He got us the same model we had at a great price. John Rios in fiancé was also great in getting us a great rate and easy to manage payments. A pleasure dealing with professionals who know how to take care of the customer .
