Very quick and excellent service. Regal was the 2nd dealership that we went to on Friday morning. Both dealerships told us that we qualified for what we were looking for and had a car in stock to fit the payment that we wanted. The first dealership was your typical say what they want to hear to get them in the door, while Regal actually had a car for us within out payment that we wanted and got us in and out very quickly.

Above and beyond Johann was super friendly and so helpful narrowing down my options, even test driving multiple SUVs in a row with my two young kids in tow. I never felt pressured once - he truly wanted to help me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and budget. Brandon in finance was great as well, making sure I left with a warranty, a great rate and the payment I wanted. Great experience all the way around!!
