No one could give a straight answer. Incompetent I asked many times about the specifics of the honda certification, no one could tell me (I still dont know). During the financing, the gentleman tried to say the car was only Regal certified, not honda and arguing with us that we were incorrect. After papers were signed, the car was brought up and right on the front it says Honda cert. Due to the hour I had to come back another day, I had to take off work (I live an hour from Lakeland), just to come back and sign papers saying... read more

Ed Box and my 2016 Silverado When my wife and I drove an hour and a half to Regal Chevy, Ed Box was set up for failure. We we're interested in a Silverado we had seen online that looked good and had a ton of features. When we got there, the truck was there, but we were told that an error on the system caused the features to be transferred from a different truck to the one I was interested in.
