Quick and easy oil change I was helped right away and told my expected wait time. Todd went over my TSB and recall info as well. I always bring my Optima to Regal

Nobody called me to tell me the car was ready I called many times to ask for my car if it was done they got me bouncing around with 0 answer about my car and what was getting done and when will be done. I pick up the car and no paperwork shout about the job “done” in the car. They’re quick to sell a car but not to respond to any issue.
Great customer service The professional and knowledgeable service staff kept me informed of all the issues going on with my service, and made me feel relaxed about what was being done and pricing and all issues right up to the payment desk,, Good job Regal Kia
