Walk in no appointment I got off work about 7.30 one morning. I went to my car noticed a nail in my tire. I didn't make an appointment just showed up and i was taken care of in a timely manner.
Regal Kia service is AWSOME! From the phone call to make the service appointment to all the service people, I couldn’t have expected friendlier, more helpful and accommodating people. I was met by someone as soon as I pulled up to the service department, the waiting are was very comfortable with drinks and snacks. Amazing I turned in KIA Sorreno SUV lease,then purchase other KIA but wanted same model with same equipment but that didn’t happen very disappointing and I even told salesman,now paying on SUV don’t care for got scammed
