They did a superb job of repairing my ring. It was a sentimental piece that belonged to my grandmother. Regel added facets to hold my diamonds into place so that they all would not all fall out. It was a very difficult repair, but the end result turned out amazing!
Bought a new watchband here. The watch fell off twice the next day because they put the wrong size little spring loaded rods on. This was okay. I just drove over the next day to have them fix it. They told me they didn't have time--that I'd have to leave my watch. Its probably a 5 minute job and it was THEIR mistake. I was the only customer in the store and 4 workers at the time I reluctantly left my watch. They will have the watch 2 days tomorrow and I haven't heard from them yet.
What a nice, new beautiful building and super sweet staff.
