I love the personal attention the folks at Regal give to each of their customers, and to each special creation to celebrate life's milestones. I commissioned an engagement ring and they worked with me to capture the lady's taste and unique personality in the design.
Great service on the initial visit to the store, but later, presumably because of a limited budget, I couldn't even get a reply. Very disappointing after starting the experience on such a high note. Kay Jewelers ended up spending hours with me, and easily won my business.
