I love this clinic! Chrystel Hart is a supportive, wonderful provider, and the whole team has been nothing but pleasant to communicate with. This has been the best experience at a mental health provider I've had in a decade, and I've tried many in Brevard! I've been receiving care here for almost 2 years and I highly recommend Refresh Health NP as a clinic that takes their patients seriously. :)
I have been with Refresh Health for over a year I believe. Crystal is fantastic listener as I tend talk a lot, so. I appreciate her patience with me. She's not a pill pusher like most doctors and shrinks I have met in the past. She has given me some great tools to work with, which are only good if we use them. I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Danielle Lehan while providing care for our shared patients, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a wonderful, well-rounded Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who genuinely cares about her patients. Her holistic approach to mental health care makes a significant difference in the lives of those she serves. 10/10 recommend!
After waiting to hear back from the office for over three weeks to make an appointment, I was finally able to schedule a day and time to meet with a practitioner. The day my appointment comes, I was first met with the confusion of being told my appointment was in the office, to then be told it was actually a Telehealth appointment, for which I waited about twenty minutes after the appointment was supposed to begin to receive a link but unfortunately never did.
