Booked an appointment for a facial. Waited almost 30 minutes without anyone even checking on me. I could hear the esthetician chatting at the front desk with her last client after I had already been waiting 25 minutes. I decided to just leave as I had another appointment in an hour and I would have been late to that. No urgency, no apologies. If I had shown up 25 minutes late I'm sure they would have turned me away.
