My hot water heater pilot went out. Upon lightning it and turning it back on flames came shooting out of it. I called Reeves at 2:30pm and they sent Drew and his partner (sorry can't remember his name) by 5:15pm. At first they were baffled but pressed on till they solved the mystery. Turns out the unit had been recalled (which I had been informed my unit was not part of) So Drew had the manufacturer on the line. They don't have techs in our area to repair the recall. so they offered to ship parts for free within 5 days and $... read more
