I apologize for the inconvenience. We do offer free quotes, however if our technician uses any tools to diagnose a situation there is a charge for that. He did attempt to clear the clog as well which is why there was a fee. We could have credited that fee toward the quoted work that he believed needed to be done. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and are willing to make a bad situation right. We have not cashed your check and are willing to mail it back to you or shred it, whatever you prefer.
Terrible Terrible Service! It’s been over a year and a half and the job is still not done! Very unprofessional and unorganized! Workers come out and half do the job and stand around! Paid majority in full over $12,000! Refuses to order the stalls and do the work the right way ! Because of this company I have not been able to open my business because I can not pass inspection until they finish! Feb 2019 we gave quote owner and owners contactor accepted the bid. We accepted payment 4/1/2019 down payment of 30 % for the job. We started the work 4/2/2019 we came out and installed our rough plumbing as per our quote. on 4-24-2019 Our plumbing was inspected with the City of Erie and passed. Another payment was made per our agreement. 5-2-2019 Reeves sent a plumber down to the job to see how far along the contractor was and found no progress. This company has done fantastic work in my home. They have even given a Veteran's discount and came after hours to help resolve an issue with work they did that day. I would absolutely recommend them!
Shoutout to the two poor guys who had to come out to my (messy) apartment and root around in my pipes to look for my cat. They were so nice and put in a lot of effort to find her. I am sorry on behalf of my cat, my after work look and my apartment. But you guys are awesome and I will recommend Reeves every time!
Reeves did and outstanding job installing a new high efficiency furnace and converting my home from fuel oil to propane. They installed a new propane garage heater and disassembled my pellet stove with care instead of throwing it out of the way like many others would have done.
