Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.... read more
