I am in shock by the way I was treated today. It was my first time visiting the office, as I have a cracked tooth that needed to be extracted. After taking the X-ray and informing me I indeed needed to have it pulled, I naturally had a few question as to what I should expect during and after the procedure.. instead of making me feel comfortable and answering 2 simple questions he was very rude and dismissive. RecommendedI was always scared about going to the dentist. I had a few unpleasant experiences so you can understand my fear. For the first time, someone actually made me as comfortable as possible. Dr Pogacean's patience, kindness and professionalism was more then I could ask for. I had no pain at all during the procedure and they made sure I understand everything about the aftercare. Highly, recommend this place.
