First I want to say that the staff is very friendly and my first time there was not bad. It was when I had to go in for my cleaning a month later that was the problem. The second time I went in, I waited probably about 30-40 minutes before the lady that was going to do my cleaning showed up. But she apologized and said something had come up that she needed to take care of (she left again for a few minutes). So I was like no problem. RecommendedEveryone is so friendly. The front desk greets you with a smile. Dr. Patel is wonderful, personable and puts you at ease. Dawn and Jessica are knowledgeable and so kind!
Their professionalism and promptness is outstanding ! I am always greeted with a big smile. I don't mind driving an extra mile for good dental care.

Dr. Patel is the BEST!!! Not only did I not have any pain during my procedure, I didn't even feel the needles from the numbing meds! She is amazing and everyone I have interacted with there is awesome!
We have sat here for over an hour waiting for an appointment which was scheduled over two weeks ago, just to be told they need to “turn over a room” and it would be about 10 more minutes. Ridiculous. If you’re referred to this endodontist, go elsewhere.
I highly recommend UDA! Dr Patel is a very caring and gentle dentist. I am so glad that I left my old dental practice to come here.
The entire staff is amazing! Dr. Drew is the most gentle and loving dentist I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. He genuinely cares about his patients. He makes all his patients feel that they are his favorite patient! I will miss him dearly but wish him well in California!!
