I’m so disappointed! Reef is our favorite restaurant in Houston, and I made reservations for tonight a month ago. I even received confirmations of my reservation this week via text and email. Tonight, my husband and I got to the restaurant, to find that it is closed for renovations. I understand that, but you have to let your customers know, especially ones with standing reservations! So disappointing! We flew into Houston a day before a special event so that we could eat at your restaurant. �
Your incredible generosity and dedication to our community knows no bounds! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for opening your hearts and restaurant to aid others in need. Your hearts are as big as Texas! Forever grateful!
