Needs work to come back and better menus
RecommendedChef Bryan Caswell, knows the best of the best when it comes to unique and familiar seafood locally sourced from The Gulf. I recommend the collard green pie which is his grandmothers recipe and the green onion pancake. The green onion pancake is literally one of the best things I’ve ever ate! Their signature Crabfat bread is the most unique bread I’ve ever seen.
Absolutely the best food I’ve ever eaten!
Wonderful aesthetic and the food is obviously made with fresh ingredients. Definite recommendation to my fellow seafood lovers!

We are so glad to see The Reef has reopened after closing due to Hurricane Harvey. The food was so good. Wait staff friendly and well attentive. We will definitely be back.
Get rid of the fat bald guy in a suit who fired our excellent waiter in the course of our first visit to the restaurant. That would be a good start. McIntosh - reservation for 6:00 PM on 6/25/2019. A horrible experience due to fat bald guy in a suit who acted irresponsibly. We will never be back.
They have some work to do. Very disjointed service
Fabulous representation of all the treasures the Gulf has to offer in a chic edgy Houstonian ambiance. Love it + happy to see it reopening!
