If I could give zero stars I would. Awful service, didn't fix the problem and terrible customer service. They basically don't care that they didn't fix it.
Herb, Steve, Josh are all great stand-up people. A pleasure to have known and been a part of the Reeds team.
I had another well known Springfield plumbing Co. come out for an estimate, he looked the situation over with an uncertain look on his face, he said he would call with an estimate, he never called! Reeds came out with total confidence, on the spot estimate, re-routed my new sewer lines around the new add-on and under my driveway. They were quick, friendly and the cost was even lower than their estimate, I couldn't be happier with their service, Thanks Reeds!
Very professional! Fixed my problem two different times in almost no time! I would highly recommend!!
It the best place to take a leak in town they are awsome at wat they do and they get the job done rain or shine or even snow
