I called Reed's Plumbing on Monday morning because I had no hot water. I bought my house in May of 2015 and this was my first problem with the hot water heater. The repairman arrived in a timely manner and relit my hot water heater. He observed it for about 15 minutes and it stayed lit. I paid him the $90 service charge minus a 5% senior discount. Called my apts, who's ran by reeds plumbing, I have 2 small children in my apt and my air has been out for 3 days! It's 87 degrees in here but do to the weekend and holiday they still haven't fixed it! My kids are covered in sweat trying to sleep!
Worst company ever I sold a house contract for dead that let the guy I sold the house to order work done then billed me I paid that won't fix the stuff that they messed up what a crapy company
