Today I was scrambling to get someone to pump my septic tank! I called Reed's and the lady said she could get someone today! Praise the Lord! They did and they communicated with me when the driver would be out and ect. Crystal showed up and that gal can drive that pump truck! We have a long driveway and a few sharp turns, she is a pro! Exceptional service and she found out what had happened and gave us some helpful advice! Thank you all for making a stinky situation much better! I appreciate you!
Reed's plumbing was great. They showed up within 15 minutes and cleaned out my lateral line going out to the main sewer line. Robert was professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.

Never rent from them, they are rude,disrespectful. And they won’t give you, your deposit back. When everything was cleaned.

Very punctual, called when they said. He found the problem of the clogged drain to the outside, and was remedied quickly and professionally. Truly, truly appreciated!
We had a clog in our main drainage pipe leaving the house causing our toilet to overflow when we did laundry or took showers. (Major inconvenience!) After being blown off and quoted a ridiculous amount by another company, we called Reed's. Reed's had a service tech at our house in under an hour. He was friendly, efficient and solved our problem quickly for a fraction of the cost of the other guys. Thanks Robert! You rock! Five Stars!
They were all nice, knowledgeable, and fair! I appreciate them for going the 'extra mile' to get my new sewer line in place. They were thoughtful and kept me posted on everything that was being done and willing to answer my questions.
