Had an AMAZING shopping experience at Reeds at Pier Park! Rus is super knowledgeable about his products, and does NOT push the sale at all. We will definitely come back when we are ready to make another fine jewelry or watch purchase.

We have been Reeds customers for 22 years. Originally our sales associate was Valerie Rhoades at Four Seasons mall. We moved to PA in 2005 and were loyal to the York, PA location. I went to this location in my ems uniform and stayed 6 feet apart. One of the sales ladies continuously singled me out repeatedly telling me to stay 6 feet away. Although I stood in 1 spot and there were only 2 other customers. The whole experience was odd and abrasive so I took my business and my money elsewhere.

In 2016 my husband bought my bridal set, 4 years later I’ve had to replace the diamonds in it 3 times. I was devastated, but Reeds made everything so perfect! They refunded my entire money PLUS my warranty so I could walk home with my new bridal set. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY ARE WONDERFUL 😊🥰 such honest and trustworthy people. COVID-19 has presented so many obstacles for many and Reeds has gone above and beyond to help eliminate them! My fiancé and I ordered our wedding bands prior to this COVID mess and were unfortunately unable to pick them up due to closures. The service was amazing !! Susan was amazing! After going round and round with Zales on a online purchase I made back in March that they continued to screw up on then had to wait on the ring until 6/16/20, well on 6/15/20 Zales sends me an email stating since there Manufacture has went back to work yet it would be 7/22/20 until shipped, well then, I called them and cancelled it at 11am.
