After going round and round with Zales on a online purchase I made back in March that they continued to screw up on then had to wait on the ring until 6/16/20, well on 6/15/20 Zales sends me an email stating since there Manufacture has went back to work yet it would be 7/22/20 until shipped, well then, I called them and cancelled it at 11am. Went there yesterday to ask questions on getting my grandmorhers ring cleaned up and get any repairs needed taken care of. The lady was on a personal phone call and left me standing there for almost 5 minutes. once she came over she explained what they would do if I brought the ring. I said okay cool I went to ask her a question. Another customer walked up and as I was in the middle of my question the worker walked off and totally ignored me.

Never heard of a jewelry store that won’t size a bracelet that was bought there without charging you. Just needed some links taken out cause it’s to big (it was a gift from my husband), they took links out of the watch we bought there but refused to do the bracelet unless we paid $30. So we’ll pay someone else to size it and will NEVER buy from Reeds again. Hope your 30 bucks was worth losing a repeat customer.
Christina and Susan were so great from the start. They were so helpful when my now fiancé went in to select me the perfect engagement ring for my surprise proposal during family pictures and then made the process of having it sized so easy and quick. I had my ring back in less than 24 hours! We have already picked out our wedding bands with their help!! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Great customer service, beautiful rings at great prices. I will be coming here from Mobile for my future jewelry purchases. We have a great Reeds in Mobile as well, but the staff at this one was extremely helpful and so kind on my recent visit and I will definitely be returning.
