I was threatened with violence by a kettler employee here. I have reached out to the senior management here and they ignored my emails, LinkedIn messages, phone calls, etc. this employee has yet to be reprimanded/punished and still has access keys to my apartment. Also the walls here are paper thin, I can hear the elevator bell loud and clear from my bedroom.

RecommendedLocation walking distance to six grocery stores (Harris Teeter, Safeway, Hana Market, Yes Organic Market, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods) is super helpful, also good for public transport access. But best part about Reed Row is the staff at the Front Desk, in particular Martine’a, Markia, Sarita, and Bobby...who are very friendly, responsive, and efficient. Minuses are overly strong HVAC system, street parking issues, and a bit expensive

The location is the only thing going for Reed Row. Construction quality is horrible!!! The management team that KETTLER employs here are not helpful at all. For the money you will spend on rent here, this is not the place to be! I have been living here for 7 months and have had issue after issue! The concierge staff is AMAZING! They are always sweet and engaging! Bottom line: Spend your money on another building that has its act together and will treat you as valued tenants! You won't get that here!
I love my modern apartment, rooftop, and parking. Neighbors are all very nice and the management team organizes regular events so we can meet people in the building. Also, the team at Reed Row is pretty fantastic. Very helpful, kind, and friendly. Perfect location as well.
