Shocking disappointment. Been a patient there forever. Dr. Ellermyer the last one there that i know. No one in the office except one of the opticians is the same. Even the landscaping has been torn out and weeds are growing around the windows. Card tables are just thrown in the middle of the waiting room. Attitude is less than pleasant...all due to covid?? No i don't think so. I go to many medical appointments throughout Rochester, including the ER at unity and nobody is going down the tubes like Reed is. So sad. And depress... read more
