Had an appointment at 2:30 didn't get out of there until a little after 4:00. Just to get shots for my son. Way too long....
Front desk women suck I mean absolutely are just don't ever use the brains! Doctors are amazing there ! But desk women and a few nurse are just space cakes. That can't pick of the phone or even spell ! I have such a hard time getting them to pick up the phone and when they do I sit on hold for at least 30 minutes every time ! My daughter has a heart condition and her doctor is the only one that she will see without freaking out but sucks to have to deal with horrible front desk women
The staff is always helpful and friendly. Dr. Killfoil was on call when my son was born and he's seen him ever since.
My three kids see Dr. Buxbaum and Dr. Killfoil and they are great doctors. They are not only knowledgeable they are kind and really down to earth. Even my 1 year old smiles when he sees them. This is a great Pediatric Center I would highly recommend this group.
