I can't say how thankful I am for the kindness and service I got from the Redwood team today. From start to finish these folks did everything they could to get me back on the road for an extremely important trip with my Dad and brother. Not only did they take care of my bike on the fly they also gave me a lift to and from my lodging in their awesome custom jeep. Special shout out to Craig and Justin for taking care of me today!

Day one of a trip from Reno up to the coast via hey 299. We had a flat tire 70 miles out of Eureka. With minimal cell service and interrupted calls, Justin, the service mgr., at Redwood Harley promised to stay open til we could get there. We finally arrived 2 hours after closing . Justin and Shane were waiting and immediately put the bike up on the table and went to work. They were lifesavers!!
