I hirt a deer on. My way to c my daughter and the sevice department were ON TIME THEY WERE TOTALLY AWSOME AND NOT ON,Y SOLD ME THE LENS I NEEDED THEY INSTALLED IT FREE OF CHARGE I DONT THINK I COULD BE MORE GRATFUL SINCE I AM 40P MILES FROM TOOLS AND WAS PERFECTLY WILLING TO PAY WHAT EVER WA S NESSACARY RO FIX IT THESE GUYS ARE AWSOME ON I WISH I COULD SAY MORE
They are a good motorcycle shop. I am a little bit biased. I am going to be working in the parts department.
It is a sad day when the only Harley Davidson Dealer in the area won't sell or order you a service manual so that you are not able to work on your own Motorcycle. I am shocked and will never step foot back in such a place. the said thing is they didn't realize I was about to trade my bike in with them on a new one. lol. I will make sure every biker that I know realizes how shirty y'all are. I hope y'all fail miserably.

Harley Davidson manuals are obtained in a similar manner as Harley Davidson special tools. While special tools are not items that Harley dealers normally stock and sell for customer use, we can however order and sell you a service manual. Me and my wife were up camping on the coast so we decide def to take a drive to redwood Harley. Cheryl and Samantha were really helpful it was a nice experience and great to make new Friends. I also asked a question to the mechanic that hopefully really helped. Will definitely be going back to this dealer in the future.
