The staff and optometrist here were all incredibly friendly. I booked a contact lens fitting exam, and the optometrist was super patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I was also pleasantly surprised that my insurance actually covered a full year supply of daily contact lenses. In the end, I only paid around $20 for an entire year of contacts Really thankful for all their help!
I was skeptical at first seeing the reviews. But everything went well! The front desk was super kind/helpful and Dr. Carcamo was the same, very thorough, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.
I moved to Redwood City at the end of last year and was running out of my contact lens prescription at the last minute. I have to give props to the staff for getting me in very quickly and helping me get a renewal fast! In addition, my husband was in need of new glasses and we were able to get him outfitted very easily. I also would like to say that Jeff, front office staff, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy! I would highly recommend this office!!!
Very bad customer service. The man he’s named JESS He hung up on me several times. He is disrespectful and unqualified to deal with customers..
Very bad service I not advise you to go this clinic. . When you are taking appointment he said the insurance cover but when you’re there ask you to pay $$$$$ Don’t loss your money and your time
