Being a Board member of a Condominium Association, I and the Board decided to go with a third-party management company. Relocating to Grand Rapids from Traverse City was a challenge for my family. I reached out to Redstone properties and luckily got Shelby on the line. She has been a polite, pleasant, and extremely helpful with the selection of our new townhome until our home was finished being built. She took the time to listen to our wants and offered various homes as an option with different price points. Very pleased with the service received from her. My family greatly appreciates your diligent work Shelby.

They are super scandalous at ********************......they asked me to resign my lease in December and my 1 year hit March 9. That same March they gave us a letter dated 3/24 that we needed to give back their property. No reason, nothing was owed on our account, we had good Samaritan Ministries help us pay for ******* February and March. They justify not doing the lease and kicking ** out because they gave us 30 days notice. I have lived in my condo association for 2 1/2 years. I have never seen a financial report so I asked for one. Now 2 1/2 months later they have still not responded. If you call you get voicemail and if you email you get no response. Many members of the association are very frustrated by the lack of follow up from Redstone. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.

After checking our records we see that we communicated via email with this unit regarding a few things, but did not see anything related to financials. Obviously if he did indeed reach out to us about this through a printed method, we did miss it, and apologize for that error. We did receive a phone call in the last few months from an owner, not sure if it was this person, inquiring on when financials go out to the owners and it was explained that they would be distributed annually with the 2021 budget mailing later this yea... read more
I have lived in a condo association for 20 years in Florida during the winter months. The Association had 10 different management companies during that 20 year period. I moved into Whispering Springs III in September of 08. None of those Management companies in Florida came close to the quality of services we receive from Redstone Property Management at Whispering Springs III condo association. By far, Redstone Property Management has been the easiest to work with and most responsive property management company that I've ever dealt with. I emailed directly with Christine ****s, and she was on the ball and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company!
I would recommend Redstone Property Management as a condominium association manager. We have been working with them for our association since 2016. Being an older condominium association, we run across some problematic situations. Bill, Chris, and all the staff are very prompt at responding to our needs. Not every problem has a quick answer, but they have been willing to work with us to find the best solution. I, as the board president, appreciate working with Redstone Property Management.
