Rustic elegance – We were pleasantly surprised to be seated outside (get there early) and enjoyed the sun setting. Service is still a little new, but effort is everywhere. We had high expectations and Redstone delivered.
See all the pretty people – Thursday night is the happening night there. Saw Jacque Jones and Torri Hunter of the Twins last Thursday. The place is packed and they seem to play every song of Michael Jackson's Thriller album, but it is well worth it for the martinis and the people watching.
The casual-upscale place to eat – The atmosphere was very classy-maybe even a little snooty. Don't wear jeans and a t-shirt if you want good service. I loved the fire-roasted chicken and mashed potatoes with garlic. Delicious!
Pricy, but worth it – After several visits, the only things that would keep me away in the future are the long waits for a table, and the selection. The food is all prepared with an eye toward detail, is delicious, and is served professionally. Depending on your server, you may feel a bit pressured to leave as soon as your meal is complete.
