Suburban Cuddling – This place is the El Dorado of the Suburbs. Warm, cozy, not so economical and a bit unpredictable. I think there's really only one time a year it's a must. Autumn. There's something about sitting outside with the ever-burning fire pits that reminds me of NorthWoods camping. That's when this place really finds its sheik. Great Place to Dance on Wednesday nights – It is one of the few places in Eden Prairie that you can bring your wife to dance and have fun. The crowd is sometimes a bit crazy but people watching is half the fun.
too typical – Just a typical over the top restaurant with expensive items on the menu and a very expensive drink menu. Not impressed. I'm especially not impressed with the management and their unloyalty to their employees.
I liked it ....BUT – The buffalo shrimp platter was awesome! You should also try the cornbread. Great food, good service inside.The ambience was great and the staff was friendly.I agree with the previous person, it was a little loud with many running children, however, I will go again. Except this time I plan to park my own car. The valet was unorganized and only 1 person. Waited 20minutes for my car.
Westside Live at Redstone's Eden Prairie – Westside is thrilled each time Redstone's asks them to perform. The service is 1st class all the way and the food is yum yum! Our fav is the shrimp app. spicy and good. Well worth it. Its always packed when we are there - and our fans haven't mentioned it being anything except a wonderful experience.
Worth it – I have read several of the reviews regarding Redstone. Almost all the negative one's seem to involve long waits to get seated. The restaurant TAKES reservations. Simply call and make one. We were seated promptly and our food was delicious. We were able to have drinks, entrees, and dessert all for around $60.00 which is very, very reasonable compared to similar restaurants around town where we have easily spent $100 plus. Overzealous wait staff – Redstone is changing some; the salads are getting less and less of the more expensive items, i.e. chicken and more towards cheaper ingredients like iceberg. The roasted chicken dinner is great and the flatbreads are also except for less of the main ingredients. Drinks are downtown priced-not good for the suburb dining. Don't too much drink here. Expected more, got less. – Overall, I enjoy dining at Redstone, but my rating is based on the delivery of my meal and efforts needed to get it right. Please read on.. Good Music, Nice atmosphere... – Went there for first time last Saturday and from all of the good things that I heard, my expectations were met. The outdoor patio bar was excellent. Must try the fondue appetizer..excellent. I wouldn't reccommend the burgers, but chicken dishes are worth every penny...tender and seasoned just right!
