I got my cut by Matt and I love it but the counter gals where pretty rude to me about my beard. Two different ladies made off handed comments to me about my beard. I didnt come in for a beard trim. I came in for a haircut. So to have two different staff members ask me rudely about my naturally curly long beard was pretty offensive. Then when I paid for my haircut I bought a comb and the lady asked "are you going to comb your hair or your beard with that?", with a dusgusted look on her face. Walking in the door is like taking a step back in time. From the decor to the music to the service...bringing the true barber shop experience to Indy. Straight razor shave with the steamed towels...my face has never felt so good! Loved it!!!

William did an outstanding job. He paid attention to the details and asked questions during the cut to make sure I was receiving the cut I asked for.
