Please, please avoid this office, I just dont embarrass the staff and donors with all the errors and ... on line. It has 2 months of nightmare and still have heel pain.

Review is for the staff: was TRIPLE booked. Was not told I was squeezed into the schedule. I was not in a rush and could have waited a few more days to be seen at the scheduled time. Instead I took a day off and had other appointments aligned only to be told that they tripled booked me. Find another office that knows how to schedule.

Echoing the previous 2 patients, I experienced the same treatment from Dr. Darragh’s office. I came in twice for an appointment for bunion issues. Office took my feet scan for custom soles. Then ghosted for several months. When I called to follow up, I was told there was insurance auth issues and it was not processed. DO NOT COME HERE! BE WARNED! Awful experience and shady office practices. Made an appointment 10 days out. Was told they'd confirm my insurance was in network and that I'd be called if there was an issue. Did paperwork in advance, showed up at appointment on time, only for them to be more than 30 minutes late and then tell me they couldn't get a hold of my insurance to verify coverage and THEN they proceeded to ask for CASH for a basic evaluation.
