as a ex felon,read the requirements before putting in an application. after putting in the application, was contacted by 'kathy' . had a phone interview only for her to say that was denied the apartment because was a ex felon. not before she tried to raise the price from $750 to $800. the apartment was listed for $750 and on the phone call she acted as if the apartment was $800. go and check the website , it is still $750. obviously crooks. now gotta go thru the whole application fee refund because it was never stated that a... read more
Lived in the 809 39th place unit 3 and 4 for a period of 3 years. They were a tenants dream, seen and heard only when I requested aid in the portal or email. A special props to their facilities manager who always ensured I had a call within less than a day of submission to let me know he had the fix in the works. To Eric who let me move from apartment to apartment mid lease when a larger one became available and to Kathy and all front office members! A great realty experience and can’t recommend enough!
