We lived in the townhouses on Valley Avenue, and while they are a great location, the property management is the worst I've encountered. They miscommunicate, nickel and dime you for everything, and are rude--specifically Ashley. They do the absolute bare minimum and then blame you wherever they can. Here are a couple of examples we experienced: 1. When we moved in (on a Friday), the kitchen sink pipe was being held together by duct tape and not working. My husband and I leased an apartment with Redmont Properties and had an amazing experience. They were kind, professional, and available to help promptly with any issues. Our apartment building was very well maintained. 10/10 would lease with Redmont Properties again.
Update: 9/15/25 No one will give me a schedule date for the foundation contractor. I don't think they will ever fix it. Again, no communication. *Updated 8/1/25 I received a response regarding our maintenance issue (which involved an engineer having to come out to the property) and they refuse to provide us with a copy of the written report so we don't know if we are in a habitable building at this point. I’ve lived here at Redmont Gardens for exactly a year now. My daughter lived here in a different apartment back in 2020. We both have had wonderful interactions with the office staff. They have always been super friendly and helpful and genuinely happy to see us when we pop in the office. The apartment is old. I rather call it vintage- almost 100 years old. But I appreciate the charm and character much better than a new modern place. The landscaping is top notch, with flower beds changed out every season. I enjoy seeing what... read more
