We just moved out after five years here (2020-2025) and are so grateful to have made RG our home! Everyone on staff is highly capable and responsive and they deal with issues right away. A few things aren't the best (old plumbing, window A/C units, etc.) but that's because this is a historic site (1930s) that also has a lot of character and charm, not to mention a perfect location. They told me that if my dog wasn’t out of the apartment in 24 hours that they would take him, and if he gets hurt, then it’s not their fault. How crooked? Everyone had a dog at the apartment but Ashley told me that wasn’t true. Um, well I can see with my eyeballs that everyone does have a dog, so that’s awkward.
Homewood Townhomes If you are black be careful because if you mind your business and stay to yourself some of the other cultures will lie to the office and say that you talk loud trying to get you put out, even if you mind your business and stay to yourself ☹️ They look at you like you don't belong in the area when you go outside and the front office seems to think the same or may be cool with the "right culture" tenants. I have lived here for two years now, likely about to re-sign for a third year. I can’t say enough about how great this apartment complex is, by far my favorite I have ever lived at. I have lived in many more modern complexes, and this one is still my favorite. I see lots of complaints about the condition of apartments- which I do understand. Redmont Gardens (English Village) are absolutely amazing beautiful historic (c.1937) apartments that offer original hardwood floors, tall ceilings, charming bathrooms (original tubs) and kitchens with windows . Each unit can have six to ten windows etc. With plenty of direct light all day.
