Fast and fair
Terry was the tech and did a great job. The company responded to the service request quickly and the tech called to let me know he was on the way. All around 5 stars. Thank you Redline and Home Advisors (first time user)
Placed service call. Service person arrived on time and provided quote. I had to call customer service to place order, which they took and ordered glass. I called back a week later to follow-up (they quoted 5-7 days) and my glass had arrived. Scheduled service call to repair. Quick, fast and clean.
The customer service is excellent! Repair persons advised the problem and will have office call with cost of repair. Received call from office advised cost parts are being ordered to complete repair. Very happy with their service.
Their customer service is awesome! Had some quality issues . . . screens were not installed tightly . . . they had to come back out twice to get them right. They are very concerned about their customers being happy. This was probably an isolated issue, but they mentioned twice about how the products go through an inspection process when they come in, but evidently the inspector was out the day our screen came in, because they were very loose and wavy. Like I said, they did fix them to my satisfaction.
Nice work. The patio door is quite and rolls with ease. Only gripe is the repair person was not given the balance owing for the job. Other than that they were great and the repair was quick and did what was expected.
After having talked to two other companies who said that they would do the job- but didn't show, Red Line finished the job in about 1 week from the first call.
They did excellent work. I had no problems at all. They didn't require a minimum of windows like some companies I talked to!
Redline replaced my patio doors and screen. They did a great job, arrived on time, installers were knowledgeable, cleaned up after the job. They communicated well throughout the quote and install procedures. Good company.
