Luis was great
My window needed to be oiled, my fault, I could have thought of that. It cost me $89.
The first tech. who came to fix the door was not physically capable of fixing it due to a problem with his hands. I called their office and they dispatched another tech. who was working in the area and he did a terrific job getting my door fixed.
The easiest repair that I have done in my home... I expected problems as I have old custom Arcadia Doors. They were able to find wheels for my door in no time flat. Richard was great and very professional, too.
This company went beyond what I had asked them to do and made my window screen like new. The end price was less than I had been told because they gave me a senior citizen discount.
The quality of the work was excellent, the rollers on the door were replaced and they work very smoothly. The communication between the office and the field personnel was disorganized and unprofessional.
Years of experience..speaks volume.....these guys know what they are doing
