All went well and once the ordered supplies were in, the repairs were made quick and satisfactory.
It was a great experience. I emailed them, and they responded right away. Unfortunately, the day the guy came to look at my window, I had literally just come home from putting my 15 year old pet down, and was a mess. Bless his heart he was faster than lightning. He measured the window and was gone before I knew it. They came back and installed the part I needed.
